Shipping policy

We strive to bring the best experiences possible to our customers. Presently our shipping can’t be synced with our carrier partners, to address this we’ve included generalized estimates at checkout. For more specifics see our policy below.

Shipping Estimates

We ship from several locations and offer various kinds of products. Some products are made to order. Additionally some shipping zones take longer. Our estimates are generalized to accurately cover the processing, shipping, or production times.

Ultimately we attempt to meet and exceed the estimations where possible. General estimates are Standard shipping is 3-10 days, and Basic shipping is 15-45 days. Some products are eligible for express shipping. Unspecified shipping plans at checkout indicate that shipping involves multiple zones.

Basic shipping: 15-45 days - Ships free on orders over $30
Standard shipping: 3-10 days
Express shipping: 3-6 days

Restrictions

Currently we are only able to offer shipping domestically to the US. We have plans to expand our shipping coverage to include other regions in the future. We regret that at this time we are unable to offer services outside the US.

Delays & Disruptions

Typically everything proceeds normally. There are occasional risks of service disruptions and shipping delays, especially in the present economic environment. If there are issues processing an order or delays in expected shipment, we’ll strive to give notice as early as possible. If we miss something or there are shipping problems please bring them to our attention. We are a small business, as such please be patient as we work to resolve any issues.
